Constantine is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services practice at Global Counsel. Prior to joining GC, she advised financial services companies, BigTechs and fintechs on EU public affairs strategies and advocacy campaigns around digital finance, payments, taxation and trade policy issues. She was also part of a trade association where she led their engagement on crypto assets, digital operational resilience and taxation. She previously worked at the legal department of the Greek Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
At GC, Constantine advises clients on financial services policy and regulatory issues across European institutions and regulatory bodies. She specialises in helping clients navigate the EU policy and decision-making processes, providing legal and policy analysis, and assisting with strategy design and implementation, as well as with stakeholder engagement.
