Harry
Palmer

Harry is an Associate in the Financial Services Practice, based in London. Before joining Global Counsel, Harry worked for the banking and finance trade body UK Finance, specialising in business finance policy. He focused most recently on the delivery of the covid-19 loan schemes and engaging with the government on business support initiatives. Before that he worked on a range of SME policy issues including alternative dispute resolution, Brexit ‘no-deal’ planning and access to finance. He holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Bayes Business School.
At GC, Harry advises clients on financial regulatory and policy issues across UK and European institutions and regulatory bodies.
