Hira is a Senior Associate at Global Counsel. She works in areas of policy and strategy at GC's MENA office. She has four years of experience serving a range of private and public sectors in Qatar, including work on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ annual policy conference, Doha Forum. Hira has a background in international politics and economics from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
