We supported the client’s newly restructured government affairs and policy teams at a global and country level to formulate their 2021 and 2030 company objectives across their regional offices and head office.
We delivered a strategic analysis drilling down into the specific initiatives and activities country team leads had set out as their goals for the coming year and identified the platforms for policy engagement across geographies that could be used to drive those agendas forward.
