Gvidas advises clients on political and policy developments in Central and Eastern Europe and in assessing regional and national risks and opportunities, particularly in the Western Balkans.
Gvidas is a Senior Associate in the Russia, CEE and Eurasia team at Global Counsel. Gvidas has a decade of experience working for the Lithuanian government, including at its Embassy in the UK, where he chiefly focused on policy analysis, political communications and public diplomacy. Prior to joining GC, Gvidas worked as a freelance consultant for a London-based public affairs firm.
Gvidas holds an MSc in Russian, Central and East European studies from Glasgow university and an MA in contemporary comparative history from the Central European University in Budapest.
At GC Gvidas advises clients from the pharmaceutical and tech sectors on political and policy developments in Central and Eastern Europe. He also works with clients in assessing national and regional business opportunities in CEE, including the Western Balkans.
