Alexander is a Senior Associate in the Trade and Industrial Policy practice, advising clients in the manufacturing, energy, and technology sectors on European and global industrial policy, sustainable trade, and supply chain resilience.
At Global Counsel, Alexander supports clients on issues such as global trade disruptions, circular economy regulation, and strategic procurement developments. He brings experience from the Dutch Foreign Ministry in Russia and research institutes in Georgia and Belarus. He holds an MSc in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
