Harry specialises in advising financial services firms on navigating the UK political and regulatory agendas, with a particular focus on supporting GC’s banking and asset management clients.

Harry is an Associate Director in the Financial Services Practice, based in London. He was previously seconded to the Labour Party ahead of the 2024 General Election, to advise the then Shadow Treasury team on financial services policy development. Harry has also spent time on secondment leading UK Public Policy for a major global investment bank. Before joining Global Counsel, Harry worked for the banking and finance trade body UK Finance, specialising in commercial finance policy.

At GC, Harry advises clients on financial regulatory and policy issues across UK and European institutions and regulatory bodies.
