Most notably, he was part of a team of Reuters reporters that was a Pulitzer finalist for international reporting, specifically for their coverage of the Hong Kong protests in 2019. He also received recognition from The Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) on events such as China's 20th Party Congress.
