The International Trade Committee has published the report of its inquiry into post-Brexit international investment arrangements: UK investment policy. The report reviews a wide range of important international investment issues linked to the UK’s exit from the EU.

Global Counsel Senior Director, Stephen Adams, appeared before the committee as a witness to discuss a range of practical issues for UK investment policy, ranging from international investor views on changing investment scrutiny regimes to the need for the UK to develop a model of regulatory diplomacy to encourage unilateral investment liberalisation in its trading partners. You can read the report and review its linked evidence here.

The report reflects the views of the House of Commons International Trade Committee, and is not necessarily endorsed by Global Counsel.
