Raphael is Head of Research and Insight at Global Counsel. He has a decade of experience providing advice to clients rooted in qualitative, quantitative, deliberative and ethnographic audience insight. Prior to joining Global Counsel, he was as a Research Director at BritainThinks, an insight and strategy consultancy.

Raphael leads Global Counsel’s research and insight function. He works across policy practices, using bespoke audience research and data analysis to complement GC’s policy expertise and strengthen the advice provided to clients.
