Franck is a Senior Associate in Global Counsel’s TMT policy practice. A telecoms engineer by training, Franck is an experienced Brussels political consultant who has advised clients in the telecoms, cybersecurity and space sectors. He has also a first-hand experience of the workings of the European Commission.
At GC, Franck analyses and provides advice to clients on engaging with the EU digital agenda. With his twin expertise profile, he helps clients to navigate content, data and telecoms policies.
